Atlanta, GeorgiaPart-time
$20 - $25 hourly
About the Job
Jacob's Ladder, a non-profit, SAIS-Cognia accredited Neurodevelopmental School and Therapy Center, is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team of Neurodevelopmental Providers ("Providers") in a flexible, part-time capacity at our Buckhead campus.

This role is built around a short daily window in the late morning to early afternoon, approximately 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, for about 2 to 3 hours per day (exact hours, such as 11:00–1:00, 11:30–1:00, or 12:00–2:00, will be finalized with your supervisor). Anticipated start date is October 2026.
The Provider is dedicated to administering superior care, educational, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to clients graded pre-k through 12th as well as infants and adults. Diagnoses of clients in our program may include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Significant Learning Delay (LD), Apraxia, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Speech Delays, Genetic Conditions, Acquired Brain Injuries – Traumatic and Non-Traumatic.

Our Providers care for Jacob's Ladder clients by carrying out specific program methodologies that are based on tailored assessments, ensuring clients have the best opportunity to therapeutically improve. Because this is a flexible, limited-hours role, you'll typically work with one assigned client or a small, consistent caseload during your daily window, allowing for a focused and consistent relationship.

Providers begin their time at Jacob's Ladder with training in our proprietary Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care® (IWBMC™) methodology. Once trained, our Providers experience a high degree of one-to-one intervention with their clients, coupled with low ratios of clients to providers (i.e., 1:1, 2:1, 3:1), all facilitated by our proprietary Jacob's Ladder Methodology and Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care® (IWBMC™).
